Most SSDs are only an inch or two deep, the circuit board taking up nowhere near the full size of the 2.5" enclosure in which it comes. This print takes advantage of that and makes it pretty much the minimum size it needs to be to fit the SSD and still be held in place by friction in the back of the Atomos Ninja V. This SSD enclosure takes only a few minutes to transfer the SSD SATA board into this smaller case. Why waste 3-4x more money when you can pick up this little device? This commercial SSD from Western Digital, Scan Disk, and Samsung are leaders in the SSD industry and provide much better transfer speeds than Angelbird's SSD. This miniature enclosure does not block the intake air vents compared to the Atomos Master Caddy II and does not stick out like a sore thumb. Check the screws on your SSD board. The screw pattern is very specific!!!
